As the most mainstream and high-frequency productivity tool, the PC terminal's operating system carries extensive scenarios, data, and skills for users. With the advent of the generative AI wave, new technological architectures, interaction models, and ecosystems demand that operating systems take on greater responsibilities. 2. AI Ecosystem Scenario: Builds the AIOS foundation and hardware ecosystem for the underlying hardware, while establishing an AI application ecosystem at the upper layer, with unified services and capabilities.

Compared to the first generation, UOS AI 2.0 introduces more native AI functions and scenarios. This signifies that AI is no longer just a value-added feature of the operating system experience or limited to being accessed through a single assistant. Instead, it achieves global empowerment and omnipresence. With System-Level Interaction 2.0, AI can be accessed at any moment and in any interface.

AI FollowAlong: Access AI instantly with a simple swipe.
AI Taskbar: Drag and use, anticipating your needs.
AI Search is UOS AI’s earliest system-level AI application and has now evolved into its second generation. Leveraging advanced offline natural language search technology, users can find documents or images with a single sentence describing their attributes or content. This capability works even without internet access. Additionally, through a strategic partnership with 360 AI Search, the online search feature enables real-time data access, ensuring up-to-date and accurate results for faster, more precise searches.
AI FollowAlong, a key entry point for system-level interaction, enables deep integration of AI capabilities into the operating system with full-scene coverage. By selecting text, AI FollowAlong can instantly detect user intent, intelligently connect features and services, and provide convenient functionalities such as professional term explanations, text translation, and document summarization. Its applications are extensive, not only in browsers and chat software but also at the window and control levels, achieving seamless and intuitive smart interactions.
AI Taskbar, a brand-new system-level interactive capability in UOS AI 2.0, acts as an intelligent hub in the UOS desktop environment. Users can simply drag a document to the taskbar to access AI functions like translation and summarization, enabling efficient drag-and-use interactions. Even more impressively, the AI Taskbar has perceptive and recommendation abilities. For instance, during an online meeting, the taskbar can intelligently activate an AI meeting assistant, suggesting features like note-taking and summarization, significantly enhancing work and study efficiency.
